Cambria County drug store to close its doors
A local drug store is set to close its doors later this month.
Westmont Rexall will be closing at the end of May after 71 years in business.
Owner Mike Gnagy says the store gets good business, but insurance is the reason for the closure, saying the cost of reimbursement is just too high.
West Hills Beer and Soda, which is located nearby, will be moving into the space and Gnagy says hopefully the lottery portion of the drug store will remain as part of the beer distributor.
